_Thank you for hosting your teachings at Three Jewels Tucson.

Please note, our space is set up for bare or stocking feet with space for shoes down by the front entrance. Studio equipment -- including stereo, chairs, yoga props -- is available for use. We ask that equipment be mindfully returned to its original place.

_Payment may be made by cash, check or major credit card (via PayPal). There is an $4 fee charged on credit card transactions.

Private Classes, Bodywork
The rental fee is due either in full prior to the start date or the first day of each month.

Workshops, Events, Group Classes
50% of the rental fee is due one week prior to the event. Balance due the day of the event.

_If the renter cancels a workshop less than two weeks prior to the event, the 50% deposit will be retained. To cancel an hourly class, one month’s notice is required. If a class is cancelled with less than one month's notice, 50% of the full rental owing is payable to Three Jewels Tucson.

_Clean Up
It is expected that the rental space be returned in the same condition and props be returned according to the Three Jewels Tucson set up. Renters must remove all trash, composting and recyclables from the site as we do not have adequate facilities. Failure to remove or clean will result in additional fees.

Insurance
Renters must carry liability insurance.

The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Three Jewels Tucson, its landlord, building owners, officers, employees, and agents harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises, including but not limited to, the personal guarantee of provision, service, and dispensing of payment by the Renter and its employees.

In the event, Three Jewels Tucson, building owners, officers, employees and/or agents, are required to file any action in court in order to enforce any provisions of this agreement, the Renter agrees to pay Three Jewels Tucson, its officers, landlord, building owners, employees and/or agents, all reasonable attorney fees, court fees, and costs of suit incurred by Three Jewels Tucson including all collection expenses and interest due.

_The Renter acknowledges that the premises is under a “No Nuisance” clause and therefore agrees to control the noise level at the event such that it not disturb neighboring occupants. In the event that the Renter’s event creates a disturbance due to high noise volume, they shall immediately reduce the volume. If repeated disturbances are created, at discretion of Three Jewels Tucson, the Renter may be expelled from the premises or the offending noise will be ended. In the event of disturbances to the point of expulsion, no portion of the rental fee will be refunded to the Renter.

_The Renter agrees to comply with all applicable City, Province and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. This is an alcohol, drug free and non-smoking facility at all times.
