                  Bradford Trojan

                  _Bradford has been studying Buddhism for many years through Diamond Mountain University with his teacher Geshe Michael Roach.  He weaves many traditions and spiritual paths through his teachings and classes, and emphasis is placed on how to make the spiritual life practical and useful in our daily lives to open the heart and mind.

                  Bradford leads a weekly Heart Yoga class.


                  Cassie Heinle

                  _Cassie enjoys the practice of deep compassion and transformation that meditation allows by enabling us to move and change our worlds starting with the inside. She works to cultivate a space of safety and grounded-ness in her daily meditation practice to create a place from which to gain freedom and the ability to change the heart and the mind to love more and serve others. She is recently received her Masters Degree in Plant Science with an emphasis in bioinformatics at the University of Arizona and is studying Tibetan Buddhism with her beloved teachers, Mira Shani, Jarret Levine and Geshe Michael Roach.

                  Cassie leads a weekly Meditation and Study Group.


                  Devin Horn

                  _Devin has studied yoga, magick, and psychology for ten years.  He is an artist and a writer, a grocer and a father. His classes are aimed at always developing greater zeal for the tasks at hand on the great path of yoga. For a more philosophical slant, with practical application for the modern world, try his classes.

                  Devin leads a weekly class titled Yoga & the Yoga Sutras.


                  _Eirenne Estergard

                  _Eirenne believes in the healing power of yoga and the overwhelmingly subjective and malleable nature of human perceptions. She thinks there is a reason that the ancient teachings and methods of yoga have survived the ages and she teaches to share the liberating power and fun of it that has been revealed to her by many beautiful Teachers. She completed a YSI 300 hr Tibetan Heart Yoga Teacher Training, is currently attending school at Pima Community College, and she works at Brooklyn Pizza.

                  Eirenne leads a weekly Heart Yoga class.


                  Poep Sa Frank Jude Boccio

                  Frank Jude is a certified Yoga Teacher, Interfaith Minister, member of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of Interbeing, and Zen Buddhist Dharma Teacher ordained by Korean Zen Master, Samu Sunim. His eclectic approach is influenced by his study of a variety of Yoga approaches and his many years of Dharma practice, evidenced by his emphasis on mindfulness and compassionate action.  His book, Mindfulness Yoga: The Awakened Union of Breath, Body, and Mind is the first to apply the Buddha’s Mindfulness Meditation teachings to yogasana practice. Based in Tucson, where he lives with his wife, Monica, their daughter Giovanna and their two cats and two chickens, he travels worldwide, leading workshops and retreats.                   _Jaimie Perkunas, DPT, RYT 200

                  _Jaimie has been working in the healthcare field and physical therapy since 1998 and has been practicing yoga since 2000. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2005 and has completed a full Anusara Yoga teacher training at Yoga Oasis. Jaimie combines her thorough knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, & Physical Therapy with the healing powers of yoga to help students feel their body’s full potential.

                  Jaime leads a weekly Yoga for Back Care class.


                  Kate Gallagher

                  _Kate started practicing yoga eight years ago, while in college. After a few years of getting her feet wet, the path of yoga swept her away like a whirlwind romance that, well, endured. She left her Midwestern homeland in 2010 to pursue further studies in Tucson. She has completed over 300 hours of Anusara Yoga teacher training and 300 hours of Tibetan Heart Yoga teacher training. She studies Tibetan Buddhism, yoga philosophy and meditation in an on-going, life path sort of way. Kate draws from the wisdom of the sutras, to create accessible, practice-based classes that work the mind and body. She is endlessly grateful to all of her teachers and the teachings that fill her life.  Her primary teachers include Mira Shani, Jarret Levine, Darren Rhodes, Kimberley Theresa, Christina Sell and Rachel King.

                  Kate leads weekly Heart Yoga classes and co-teaches some of our ACI classes with Robert Mitchell.


                  Melissa Mantha

                  _ Melissa has studied with Geshe Michael Roach and Lama Christie McNally since 2004 and graduated with the first class from Diamond Mountain University in 2010. Her thirst for the spiritual started as a child leading her to formally study Shiatsu, Yoga, Meditation, and Interfaith Ministry.In her spare time, she’s a busy mother, successful business woman, and wife who’s always working on making the world a better place one action at a time.

                  Melissa teaches ACI classes and will lead our Wednesday night meditations in April.


                  Robert Mitchell

                  _Robert is a close student of Lamas Mira Shani and Jarret Levine, in the lineage of Geshe Michael Roach and Diamond Mountain University. He’s been doing yoga for over 10 years, and was certified as a Tibetan Heart Yoga teacher in 2009. He's been teaching yoga and meditation at Three Jewels since then.  His dharma studies began in 2006, and he began teaching dharma at Three Jewels Tucson in early 2011, at the request of his Holy Lamas.

                  In addition to teaching weekly yoga and meditation classes, Robert also teaches ACI classes.


                  Sheshadri Mantha

                  _Sheshadri has studied with Geshe Michael Roach and Lama Christie McNally since 2002, and graduated with the first class from Diamond Mountain University in 2010. Ever since studying Jungian psychology, Sheshadri was curious to find its similarity in Eastern thought; this yearning of his was quenched by Buddhism. His practice centers around constantly applying ancient wisdom to "normal" day to day life activities and all that they bring. He is a devoted husband, father and friend.


                  Sheshadri teaches ACI classes.
