Candlelit Flow Yoga This class focuses on relieving physical and mental tension. The candlelight, slow pace, and focus on breath help to ease stress and relax deeply.
Gentle Yoga This class features a combination of foundational yoga postures suitable for beginners, as well as for more experienced students who want a “back to basics” session. Featuring music from the 60s, 70s, & 80s.
Guided Meditation Come relax and set the tone for your day with meditation! Each class will explore various meditation techniques.
Hatha Flow Yoga Begins with connecting breath to movement, then moves through a combination of gentle flowing sequences and held asanas warming the body and elevating the heart rate. Good for all levels.
Lam Rim Dharma Group Buddhist philosophy class. Ancient wisdom handed down through the ages that can be used in everyday life to reduce obstacles to clear thinking, happiness and peace of mind.

Mindfulness Yoga Connect with the breath to move the body, still the mind, and open the heart. All bodies welcome.
Mixed Level Yoga Hatha yoga that emphasizes breath with movement at a moderate pace. This class can be adapted for all levels of students.
No Ego Martial Arts A unique approach to martial arts that combines intense workouts, practical combat skills, and philosophical talks aimed at elevating us beyond our egos and towards fulfilling our true potentials.
Tibetan Heart Yoga A unique style of practicing Hatha Yoga which continues a lineage from Lord Naropa, a yogi who lived about 1100 AD. Tibetan Heart Yoga emphasizes both the outer methods to achieve total peace. Combines traditional yoga poses with some Tibetan poses.
Yin Yoga A practice of holding poses for 3-5 minutes. allowing for release and movement deep within the body. It works with the energetic pathways in the body - a truly transformative experience.
